Pacific Rubiales owns 100 percent of Pacific Stratus and Kappa Energy Holdings, as well as Meta Petroleum Limited, a Colombian oil operator which operates the Rubiales and Piriri oil fields in Colombia’s Llanos Basin ¡n association with Ecopetrol S.A., the Colombian national oil company.
